Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, staff planning, and customer service leadership. You will oversee ordering, stocking, deployment of team members, and adherence to company policies.
You will recruit and train employees, evaluate performance, ensure loss prevention, safety, and accurate cash handling, while meeting sales targets and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment.
