Job description
Spirit Halloween in Gurnee, IL seeks a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, drive sales, manage expenses, and maintain Guest Services. You will lead staffing, merchandising, inventory control, and setup/teardown of seasonal fixtures.
Requirements include retail management experience, willingness to work a flexible schedule, ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Minimum age 21.
