Job description
Minimum Requirements:
2 years of relevant restaurant management experience
High school diploma
High level of integrity, humility, honesty, and dependability
Ability to handle difficult interpersonal interactions well
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Willing to grow and learn
Nice-to-haves:
Bachelor's degree
Serve Safe certified
5+ years of restaurant experience

Key Job Requirements
Provide great customer service and leadership with a friendly but focused mindset.
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing functions.
Ensure that the restaurant’s policies and procedures are being followed.
Ensure all food safety procedures are being followed.
Train, coach, and mentor team members.
Lead by example through hands-on performance of any job as needed.
Post invoices, order supplies, and help take weekly inventory.
Coordinate team positioning for each shift and give input on weekly scheduling.
