Job description
Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, grow the brand, and deliver best-in-class service in a dynamic retail environment across the United States. You will oversee store performance, staff development, and customer experience while ensuring compliance with alcohol laws.
The role requires 5+ years of managerial retail experience, strong leadership, financial oversight, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems. Evening/weekend flexibility is expected.
