As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, PQH wireless is currently seeking a self‑motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team in San Marcos, TX.

Job Purpose
Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑spot redirect coaching.
Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross‑selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
Complete operational duties assigned accurately and within required time frames.
