Position Overview
Mayuri is seeking experienced and motivated Store Managers and Department Managers to join our growing team. We are looking for leaders who are passionate about customer service, team development, operational excellence, and driving business results.
Depending on experience and business needs, candidates may be considered for Store Management or Department Management opportunities across various locations and departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise store or department team members
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards
Train, coach, and develop employees
Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and product presentation
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve business goals
Qualifications
Previous retail, grocery, food service, or management experience required
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience managing employees and daily operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
