Overview
Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates. Responsibilities
In charge of the operation of a single store.
Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Assist in making the store a success through effective leadership.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Serve Safe certified.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts or difficult situations.

Pay range: $33 per hour – $36 per hour. Individual pay is determined by location and experience.
