Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Store Manager in the Somers Point, NJ area!
This leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of a high-volume grocery retail store. Reporting to senior leadership, the Store Manager will drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grocery retail, a proven ability to engage teams, and a results-driven mindset. Discretion and professionalism are essential.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations to meet sales, service, and profitability goals.
