We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead one of our busy automotive service centers. This role is responsible for sales, profitability, workflow, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations and sales performance
Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
Manage workflow, repair orders, and customer communication
Drive profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Control expenses, inventory, and shop standards
Maintain a safe, clean, professional environment
Qualifications
Leadership or management experience
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Automotive industry experience preferred
What We Offer
