Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Oversee and be accountable for store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Control expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management.
Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement: 21.
Prior retail management experience required.
Physical demands: over 8 hours standing/walking/climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsible for controlling expenses, shrinkage, and HR management.
