Store Manager – Spencer's
Spencer's is looking for a Store Manager to lead operations, boost sales, and maintain exceptional guest service.
Hourly rate ranges from $23.90 to $24.15, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain guest services.
Oversee store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
Control expenses, shrinkage, and human resource management.
Maintain merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum age 21.
Prior retail management experience required.
Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
