Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Oversee and be accountable for the operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement of 21.
Prior retail management experience required.
Ability to perform physical duties requiring more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
