Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee hiring, training, and performance, while delivering exceptional customer service and executing merchandising plans.
In this role you will manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising, ensuring a safe, engaging store environment that aligns with Lids’ brand and goals.
