Opportunity and position information: Store Managers needed! We are looking for an excellent Managers/Service Advisers to join our Team to help grow our successful company. Currently we are looking for Store Managers that have a positive attitude and the ability to always say yes to join our Award Winning Team! We are an established company with solid growth and are placed firmly within the market with a solid customer base, offering competitive pay structures.

We are looking for:
Able use various software platforms/Napa tracs/Autovitals work flow/Google sheets and Docs/various spread sheets
Possessing a high level of customer care and related service satisfaction
ASE Certified is preferred but must not necessary
Manage up to 10 employees
Ability to multi-task
Ability to always say yes
High energy and goal driven
Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
Maintain equipment and showroom in good condition
Proven experience as automotive service advisor and or manager
Excellent knowledge of customer relations and customer satisfaction
Working knowledge of vehicles
Ability manage phones/customers/and software
Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals, etc Pay increases with performance.
