We are looking for Store Managers to join our award‑winning team. We seek positive, customer‑focused leaders who are willing to say yes and help our business grow.

Qualifications & Expectations
We are looking for:
Ability to use various software platforms: Napa Tracs, Autovitals workflow, Google Sheets and Docs, and various spreadsheets.
High level of customer care and service satisfaction.
ASE certification preferred but not required.
Management experience with up to 10 employees.
Strong multitasking skills.
Will always say yes and maintain a positive energy.
Goal‑driven.
Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use.
Maintain equipment and showroom in good condition.
Proven experience as automotive service advisor or manager.
Excellent knowledge of customer relations and satisfaction.
Working knowledge of vehicles.
Ability to manage phones, customers, and software.
Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protection against accidents and dangerous fluids, chemicals, etc.
