Job description
Journeys in Danville, VA is seeking a Store Manager in Training to recruit, train, and lead a sales team while driving store performance. You will support loss prevention, coaching, and daily operations in a fast-paced teen retail environment.
Eligible candidates have 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within Journeys. This full-time role requires 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends.
