Job description
Journeys is seeking a Manager in Training candidate to recruit, hire, train, and oversee store personnel to hit sales goals while protecting company assets. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure adherence to policies in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn through formal training programs. Expect night and weekend shifts and a 45-hour week.
