Journeys in Macon, GA is seeking an energetic Manager in Training to recruit, hire, train, and oversee store personnel, drive sales, manage expenses, and protect company assets while pursuing growth opportunities.
The role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. You must be able to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends, with training programs guiding you toward a Manager in Training track.
