Job description
Journeys in Tupelo, MS is seeking a Store Manager in Training to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel. You will work to achieve sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets while pursuing growth opportunities in a fast-paced teen retail setting.
You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure customer-focused experiences that reflect the Journeys culture of inclusivity and excitement. Must be able to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
