Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training for our Journeys location in Youngstown, OH. This role develops leadership skills while driving sales and delivering the Journeys experience.
You will recruit, coach, and supervise store staff, manage daily operations, and ensure loss prevention and customer service excellence. The position requires 18+ and 1–2 years retail experience, with a 45-hour work week including nights and weekends.
