Job description
The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Store Manager to create a pleasant, hospitable work environment and maintain excellent customer relationships while driving sales and ensuring efficient store operations.
Lead a team, mentor staff, schedule shifts, manage payroll biweekly, order merchandise, display stock, enforce safety and policy compliance, and report to the Administrator or Store Supervisor to meet budget goals.
