Job description
ALDI in North Augusta, SC is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to lead day-to-day operations, stock, merchandising, and customer service with hands-on leadership. The program prepares you to run a store, learning operations, team development and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
The role offers a $31.75/hour starting wage and an estimated year 1 earnings range of $98,000–$105,000 (salary plus bonus), plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
