Store ManagerWe're seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, developing associates, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitabilityOversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operationsLead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growthDeliver a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for every customerSafeguard company assets and inventoryBuild strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnershipsEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesImplement operational and merchandising direction communicated by corporate leadershipSkills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredRetail management experience preferredStrong ability to drive results while building relationships with team membersExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
