Town Pump Company is seeking a motivated Store Manager Trainee in Belgrade, MT. The role trains under the store manager to learn supervisory decisions, controls costs, drives sales, and maintains inventory and merchandising standards.
A path to store leadership offers growth within the company. You will assist with daily bookwork, ordering, merchandising, scheduling, and basic store maintenance, while ensuring excellent customer service and security of assets.
