Job description
ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead day-to-day operations and develop a capable team across locations in South Carolina. You will oversee merchandising, customer service, and store standards while building leadership skills and hands-on operational acumen.
You will start at $31.75 per hour with an estimated first-year earnings range of $98,000–$105,000 including salary and bonus where applicable, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
