Job description
ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations with a hands-on, front-line approach. You will learn to manage personnel, merchandising, and customer service while driving results across a fast-paced store environment.
The program starts at $29.50 per hour with an estimated first-year earnings range of $83,000–$105,000 (salary plus bonus where applicable). Location-based variation may apply.
