Our schedule is Monday – Friday (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).Stability & Reputation: Join a company with over 70 years of "Exceeding Expectations" and a massive footprint on the East Coast.What You'll Be DoingYou will master every aspect of our business through a blend of technical work and retail management:Technical Mastery: Fabricate custom hose assemblies and become a trusted expert in hose technology.Store Operations: Manage inventory levels, handle parts counter sales, and maintain a brand-consistent facility.Customer Excellence: Solve complex problems for our customers, ensuring every contact with Colliflower is a win.What You Bring to the TableMechanical Aptitude: You like figuring out how things work.People Skills: You are personable, professional, and can communicate effectively with everyone.The Hustle: You are a self-motivated "self-starter" who handles multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and a willingness to travel regionally to various store locations.The Essentials: Valid driver's license (good driving record), reliable personal transportation, and a High School diploma/GED.
