Job description
Walgreens invites a high-potential candidate to participate in an accelerated Store Manager development program in the United States. You will learn one-box operations spanning front-end and pharmacy while shadowing the Store Manager and completing rotations across nearby stores.
The program covers classroom, online, and on-the-job training, with a goal of readiness for Store Manager assignments. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience supports progression into leadership roles.
