Job description
Walgreens Dayton is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track designed to rotate through front-end and pharmacy operations. You will shadow the Store Manager, complete required certifications, and participate in rotations to gain readiness for a permanent Store Manager role.
The program emphasizes customer experience, performance management, and compliance with SOPs while building leadership and retail acumen. Fluency in English and flexibility in scheduling are required.
