Job description
Tractor Supply Company in Monticello, IL is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn the duties of a Store Manager and develop leadership and operational skills. You will drive a Legendary Customer Experience, build the team, and manage inventory, profit and loss, and daily store activities.
The program includes training on scheduling, merchandising, budgeting, and performance coaching, with emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.
