Job description
Tractor Supply Company in Elkins, WV is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn the duties of a Store Manager and develop leadership and operations skills. You will focus on delivering Legendary Customer Experience, building a strong team, driving sales, and managing inventory and expenses.
As you rotate through responsibilities from hiring and coaching to budgeting and loss prevention, you’ll gain hands-on experience in daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
