Job description
ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee daily activities including stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards while training to run your own store.
The role starts at $29.50 per hour, with an estimated first-year earnings range of $77,500 to $91,500, depending on location and bonuses. Travel within the district may be required.
