Job description
Tractor Supply Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the duties of the Store Manager role and develop the skills required to lead the team confidently. You will focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience, driving sales and inventory control, and building a diverse, engaged team to support community needs.
Experience in retail and supervisory roles is preferred; a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's in Agricultural-Science or Business preferred.
