Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the Store Manager role, delivering Legendary Customer Service and leading store operations. You will develop the team, manage inventory and budgets, and support promotions and community involvement to drive sales and store performance.
Qualifications include retail experience, supervisory background, 18+ years old with a valid license, and a high school diploma; a Bachelor's in Agricultural-Science or Business is preferred.
