Job description
Walgreens is offering an accelerated, structured development program to prepare candidates for Store Manager roles. Trainees will rotate through front-end and pharmacy operations, learning SOPs, security, inventory, and customer service best practices while shadowing the Store Manager.
Classroom, online and on-the-job training, plus rotations with the District Manager and Director of Pharmacy help ensure readiness for permanent Store Manager assignments and future leadership opportunities.
