What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer‑first culture.
Drive Results: Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Customer Engagement: Resolve issues with professionalism and care while building loyalty.
Stay Compliant: Oversee safety, security, cash management, and company policy adherence.
Step Up: Be flexible to support nearby stores and step into challenges with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
Physical Abilities: Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.

Compensation for this position is between $40,000 and $50,000 per year.
