As a Beaches Store Manager you will lead your own location while building a high-performing, guest-focused team.
What You'll Do
Own daily store operations and drive overall business performance
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team
Drive commission sales, memberships, customer service upgrades, and revenue growthCreate an exceptional guest experience every time
Train, motivate, and retain a team of top talent
Inspire your team to crush individual and store goals
Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards

Two (2+) years of sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.
