Are you a motivated leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering top-tier customer service? We’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to oversee day-to-day convenience store management and help us create an outstanding guest experience!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire your team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
Ensure smooth store operations, focusing on safety, guest service, and security.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team.
Manage inventory and money control systems, including establishing inventory schedules to optimize stock levels.
Collaborate on monthly marketing initiatives and reach out to prospective customers to drive sales.
Keep accurate business records and implement strategies to improve store performance.
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong customer relationships.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a retail or restaurant environment, with a proven ability to lead and train teams.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
