Job description
Rally House in Town of Milton, NY, seeks an Assistant Coach to act as the Assistant Store Manager, supporting daily operations and driving guest-focused experiences. You will help train, coach, and develop the team while ensuring adherence to standards and safety policies.
You will partner with the Head Coach to optimize payroll, analyze performance, and lead merchandising and service excellence across shifts. This role requires a passion for sports retail and strong leadership.
