Similar to Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include:
Operating all equipment
Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
Preparing products
Receiving and processing telephone and walk-up customer orders
Cleaning equipment and facility continuously
Delivering product by car and then to the door of the customer
Maintaining food and product accuracy and inventory accountability
Maintaining labor accountability and employee productivity
Handling all cash and ensuring accuracy
Coaching and training all employees in all areas
Maintaining a clean and professionally run store
