Job description
The Home Depot in Richfield, MN is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team and drive customer-focused store performance.
You will coach associates, manage inbound freight, oversee receiving procedures, and ensure safety and SOP compliance while delivering excellent service on the sales floor.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will participate in talent planning, and lead daily operations to support store readiness and strong sales results.
