Job description
The Home Depot in Minnesota is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team and drive store standards across service, readiness, and processes.
This role partners with store leadership to coach associates, manage recruitment, safety, and training, and ensure adherence to SOPs. The Ops XM also performs MOD duties, opening/closing, and reinforces a safe, customer-focused environment.
