Job description
The Home Depot in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team, ensure store standards, and drive customer service excellence on the sales floor.
You will supervise inbound freight, audits receiving SOPs, and implement shrink action plans. As MOD, you will open/close the store in line with SOPs and partner with leadership to execute priorities.
