Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will manage the store during the manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts, leading the team to serve customers.
Requirements include Sales Specialist Training and various certifications; bilingual Spanish encouraged. The compensation includes hourly pay $11.00–$17.00 with potential premiums, and a comprehensive total
