Job description
Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa in Mountain Home, ID seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations in the manager's absence, supervise staff, handle banking, and ensure customer and donor inquiries are resolved in line with company standards.
The role aims to meet or exceed budget while complying with policies, maintaining inventory and cash controls, and ensuring a clean, safe store environment. Occasional travel within Idaho may be required.
