Job description
D&B Supply LLC in Idaho is seeking a Store Manager Assistant to support the store manager in operations, sales, customer service, inventory, budgeting, planning, merchandising and leadership.
You will help hire and supervise staff, set labor schedules, coach employees, ensure safety, and uphold company standards while driving store performance. This role requires at least 3 years in retail sales and supervisory experience, and the ability to pass a background check for firearms sales.
