Job description
ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Medina, NY to supervise day-to-day store activities and support overall performance. You’ll help manage schedules and develop operational action plans while training team members to grow their skills.
The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and attention to detail. Starting wage is $27.50 per hour with a planned wage increase to $28.50 per hour in Year 2; typical full-time hours are around 38 per week.
