Job description
Goodwill store in Conway seeks a dedicated Manager to oversee daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager, supervise staff, handle banking, and respond to donor and customer inquiries. You will help meet or exceed budget while adhering to Goodwill standards, manage payroll records, cash handling, loss prevention, customer service, and maintain a clean, safe environment with strong communication.
