Job description
ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Texas to support supervising day-to-day store activities, manage schedules, and drive overall store performance. You will help develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities to grow the team.
Starting wage is $25.00 per hour with a wage increase to $26.00 per hour in Year 2. This full-time role averages 38 hours per week and requires at least 3 years in retail with leadership experience.
