ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, supervision, scheduling, and development of the team.
Starting wage $24.50 per hour with a planned increase to $25.50 in year 2; average 38 hours weekly; full-time.
Duties include implementing action plans to improve results, setting expectations, identifying training, maintaining store standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.
